- U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs has policy letters, newsletters, and a link to the federal IDEA website
- IDEA website has tons of resources for parents and families about special education, including an IDEA contact in every State
- New Jersey Department of Education, Office of Special Education is a counterpart to the USDOE OSEP and IDEA websites
- NJDOE OSE Parental Rights and Engagement has tons of resources to help parents of children with disabilities, including the Parental Rights in Special Education in several languages
- NJDOE OSE Special Education Dispute Resolution website has more information on due process cases, complaint investigations, “mediation only” requests, emergent relief requests, as well as updates on dispute resolution
- USDOE Office of Civil Rights (“USOCR”) enforces civil rights in education throughout the country, including discrimination against children with disabilities and retaliation for asserting claims
